This hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and within walking distance of everything. It is also close to the Porta Susa train station. the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is simple but good, and there is an elevator to help with luggage.
The staff's English skills were limited, which made communication challenging at times.

This is a family run hotel that seemed to be a converted villa. Our triple room was quite strange and I would certainly not describe it as superior. It was not pictured on the website. The main room had a king bed and a single, with two more beds in a separate room that looked like an enclosed veranda. The doorway between the two rooms was incredibly low (about 1.6 m) and we all managed to hit our heads on it at least once. The room was clean, if a bit tired looking. The location was fine, about a 30 min walk to the main Piazza down a pedestrian mall or the metro is about 1 min walk away. Make sure you book parking as there were only about 6 spaces available on site.
The WIFI did not work in our room despite there being a modem box in the room. We asked for assistance but it never materialised despite being told that a staff member would come up and check.

It was beautiful, the room was huge (high ceilings and a round room/sitting area) and the location was perfect. We were there for the viewing of the Shroud, and we walked to the location.

The architecture of the hotel and the city in general. The friendliness and the helpfulness of everyone in the stuff. The location. Being close to the center of the city of Turin and every form of transportation (just 100meters from a metro stop). Even the airport is only 30min away. I would highly recommend it. It's a quiet, beautiful, clean hotel with a nice breakfast bouffet in a terrace and lot's of restaurants and caffes nearby.

Perfect hotel for a sight-seeing visit, within walking distance to all the main attractions of Turin.
Driving to Turin is pricey and driving round the city takes some getting used to!! Lots of dented cars- fortunately not ours!
